This locally owned food truck is serving up bold\, smoky flavors and classic BBQ favorites bringing a delicious\, on-the-go dining experience to the region. Jim grew up in Geneseo\, perfecting the art of the grill since high school. Traditional BBQ Farm parties turned into a community obsession.
