When and Where is the 2025 Leadership Golf Tournament?

The Livingston County Area Chamber of Commerce and its foundation, the Livingston County Education Alliance (LCEA), are excited to announce the 2025 Leadership Golf Tournament on Friday, June 13^th, at Farview Country Club in Avon with a 10 AM shotgun start.

Why Golf?

The Leadership Golf Tournament proceeds support Education to Employment (E2E) Initiatives, the LCEA Scholarship program, and Leadership Livingston.  E2E connects hundreds of career professionals and over 3,000 students and educators annually in the nine Livingston County school districts we serve.  Engaging programming allows students to become aware of and explore the wide range of rewarding careers in this region and learn about cost effective pathways into those jobs.  Local companies also benefit by elevating their brand awareness with the emerging workforce and highlighting opportunities within their organizations.  What these programs entail:

• E2E programs include: Career Professional Presenter sessions and Career Days, Junior Achievement, the Career Connector of LCNY powered by Pathful, GLOW With Your Hands events, and more.
• LCEA Scholarships are awarded in $1,000 increments annually to four graduating Livingston County high school seniors, two of which are often dually enrolled in their home district and a Career and Technical Education program with Genesee Valley BOCES.  Additionally, LCEA offers scholarships in conjunction with SUNY Geneseo and the Farm Bureau.
• Leadership Livingston, a course for local career professionals, develops leaders in the community through a nine month, hands-on program designed to expose participants to their community through an in-depth look at the players, issues, and elements that make this county tick.  Participants gain network connections, enhance their personal and professional leadership skills, see successful leaders in action, and graduate with a better understanding of place and self.

The tournament is a cost-effective, fun-filled way for sponsors to mingle with local business decision makers and public officials away from the office while your company gains exposure in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
