Art and Energy Class
Art and energy class in a relaxed welcoming space. April 18 and May 2nd from 2 to 4 pm. Little Lakes Community Center. Class begins with with qigong medication or gentle movements to release tension in mind and body. Participants then work on an art project that spans both classes. Snacks and tea will be shared. Robin Whiteman instructor
