Presenters: Christine DeSimon and Victoria Kleehammer

Seminar designed to provide an overview of how the federal Tax Cut & Jobs Act will impact your business.

We invite you to join us for a presentation on the new tax reform. There continues to be a lot of speculation surrounding the new legislation and we are committed to sharing valuable information to our community.

Topics include:
  • Corporations: What are the new rates?  What deductions are lost and/ or expanded?
  • Pass-through income:  New rate or new deduction?
  • Individuals: How do the changes affect YOUR bottom line?
  • What opportunities present themselves under the proposed changes?

Our presenters for this seminar are Christine DeSimon and Victoria Kleehammer.

Christine is a Manager in EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Services department.  Christine offers a variety of tax and accounting services to a client base including individuals and closely-held entities. She specializes in traditional tax compliance services, financial statement preparation, and assistance with bookkeeping. She enjoys working with specific niche areas such as Emerging Technology Companies, Wineries and Breweries. Christine graduated from SUNY Brockport with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2011. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In addition to providing high level client service, Christine is also regularly involved in staff recruiting and training.

Victoria is a Director in the Tax and Business Services Department at EFPR Group. She joined the firm in 2007 and has over seven years of experience in a broad range of industries. Victoria specializes in trust and estates, individual planning and tax preparation and resolving tax resolution matters.  She offers a variety of tax services to clients including individual, trust, estate, partnership, and corporate tax preparation, and helps clients with tax planning. She assists clients with estate administration and tax resolution matters. Victoria also supervises and trains department staff, and assists clients with tax and accounting work. Victoria is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American  Institute  of  Certified  Public  Accountants.  Victoria  is  also active in the community and currently serves on the board of directors for Gilliam Grant Community Center in Bergen.
