New York State Festival Of Balloons
Now in it's 36th year, the New York State Festival of Balloons is a community event that goes for five days.
- Thursday, August 31st, there is a free balloon glow starting at 7:00 pm at Brae Burn Golf Course on Red Jacket Street.
- Balloon launches begin Friday, September 1st at 6 pm, with additional launches Saturday, Sept. 2nd and Sunday, Sept. 3rd at 6 am & 6 pm. The final launch takes place Monday, September 4th at 6 am.
- All launches are held at Dansville Municipal Airport.
- From Friday through Sunday evening, the NYS Festival of Balloons will include live musical entertainment and vendors throughout the day as well as family fun activities.
