Office Manager with a path to Operations Manager

This is a remote, full-time W-2 position with occasional in-person meetings in Rochester, NY, strong benefits and the opportunity to grow into a key operational leadership role.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable supporting the operations of a growing small business. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys process improvement, operational follow-through, documentation, team support and helping a company scale thoughtfully.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily office operations
  • Tracking priorities, deadlines and open projects
  • Maintaining SOPs and documentation
  • Reconciling commission statements
  • Tracking compliance deadlines, renewals, filings and certifications
  • Supporting KPI tracking, reporting and database health
  • Coordinating vendors and internal follow-up
  • Supporting audit readiness and secure handling of PHI
  • Helping manage client relations support and service follow-through
