Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Night hours are 6:30pm-7:00am on a 2/2/3 schedule.  Must be available every other weekend.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor production associates to meet operational and customer goals
  • Oversee daily production and packaging operations, ensuring first-run quality standards
  • Drive shift performance to support cost efficiency and productivity targets
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, attendance, and time-off administration
  • Monitor shift handoff notes and proactively resolve recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC22000, and all safety and quality standards
  • Enforce company policies through leadership, accountability, and coaching
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and team-based problem solving
  • Jump in on the floor to assist operators and troubleshoot equipment or process issues as needed.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Familiarity with food safety systems such as HACCP (preferred)
  • Understanding of ISO standards (ISO22000, ISO9001 is a plus)
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive leadership style
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Education: Associate degree in Management or related field preferred
