About Us

Kelly Hint provides psychotherapy as well as mental health and empowerment coaching services through a private practice dedicated to supporting women who are ready to feel more confident, balanced, and emotionally well. Services focus on helping women navigate anxiety, OCD, challenges in relationships, challenges with assertiveness, struggles with setting healthy boundaries, and overall mental health. Using a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach, therapy and coaching are tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. The practice offers a supportive and non-judgmental space where women can build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve communication and boundaries, and develop greater self-trust and confidence as they move toward meaningful and lasting personal growth.
